However, some proceedings, like Name Changes, always require a brief court hearing. Enforcement actions also require hearings. We will explain the likely court requirements for your specific situation.

Yes. We prepare the initial Petitions and Responses required to start or defend a contested case. While we don’t provide courtroom representation, we ensure your legal positions are documented correctly for the judge.
