We offer flat-fee pricing for most standard document preparation services. This means you know the full cost upfront before we begin working. Our fees cover the preparation of the documents only. Court filing fees are a separate cost that you will pay directly to the Clerk of the Court. Please see our Pricing Page for specific service costs.

What is the process for using your service?

Our process is simple and designed for efficiency: * Initial Review& Intake: Contact us to discuss your needs. If you decide to proceed, you’ll complete an intake form providing the necessary information. * Document Preparation: We expertly prepare all the required court documents based on your information and Arizona law. * Review & Finalization: We provide the completed documents for your review and signature. * Filing Instructions: We give you clear, step-by-step instructions on how, when, and where to file your documents with the appropriate Arizona Superior Court.

Do I still need to go to court?

For many matters finalized by agreement (like divorces with a signed Consent Decree or Stipulations to Modify), you often do not need to appear in court. However, some proceedings, like Name Changes, always require a brief court hearing. Enforcement actions also require hearings. We will explain the likely court requirements for your specific situation.

Can you help me if the other party disagrees or if my case is complicated?

Yes. We prepare the initial Petitions and Responses required to start or defend a contested case. While we don’t provide courtroom representation, we ensure your legal positions are documented correctly for the judge.

Do you serve clients outside of Maricopa County?

Yes! We proudly serve clients in every county across Arizona. We have experience preparing documents for filing in all Arizona Superior Courts and understand the local rules and procedures statewide.

What if I start with document prep and my case becomes contested?
